1. Our Returns Commitment
Alluvi is committed to supplying quality-assured peptides. If you are not satisfied with your order for any eligible reason, we will work to resolve the issue fairly. This policy applies to all purchases made through buyretat.co.uk.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Unopened products within 30 days: If a product is returned in its original, sealed, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund or exchange. The product must be in the same condition as received, with tamper-evident seal intact and original packaging.
- Wrong product received: If we dispatch the incorrect product, we will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you, within 7 business days of your report.
- Damaged in transit: If products arrive with broken vials, compromised seals, or evidence of temperature breach, we will replace affected items at no cost. Photo evidence must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
- Quality failure: If independent lab testing confirms a product is below our stated ≥98% purity specification, we will provide a full replacement or refund, with no time limit on this guarantee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any way
- Products returned after 30 days of delivery (except quality failure claims)
- Products where tamper-evident seals have been broken
- Custom formulations or bespoke orders
- Products that have not been stored according to our guidelines (typically 2–8°C refrigerated)
- Digital products, CoA documents, or consultation services
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical-grade compounds and UK regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened peptide products under any circumstances, including change of mind.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within the applicable timeframe (24 hours for damage; 30 days for unopened returns) via contact@buyretat.co.uk or WhatsApp.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) concerned, and the reason for return. For damaged goods, include clear photographs.
- We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the product back using a tracked service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for items above £50 value.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Crypto (USDT/BTC): Refunded to the wallet address of your choice within 3 business days
- Bank transfer: Returned to the originating bank account within 5 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error (wrong product, damaged in transit).
6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error (wrong product, transit damage), we cover return shipping costs. For all other returns (change of mind, unopened products within 30 days), the customer is responsible for return postage.
