1. Shipping Overview
Alluvi (operating as BuyRetat UK) ships all peptide orders directly from our verified GMP-certified Chinese manufacturing partners to UK addresses. All shipments are sent with free standard shipping included on every order, with no minimum spend threshold for free delivery beyond the standard minimum order value of £100.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery from China to UK addresses takes UK: 2–5 business days · International: 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe accounts for:
- Order processing and quality check: same day
- Export and dispatch: next business day
- UK transit: 1–3 business days
- Last-mile delivery: next day
Standard UK delivery is 2–5 business days. International orders (outside UK): 5–7 business days. We will notify you proactively if any delay is anticipated.
3. Tracking
All orders are sent with a full tracking number provided via email or WhatsApp once dispatched. You can monitor your shipment in real time from China to your UK delivery address. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@buyretat.co.uk or WhatsApp.
4. Packaging
All peptide orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Inner packaging is temperature-appropriate — lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are packed with appropriate cold-chain materials for transit. Where products require refrigeration, we include appropriate cold-pack insulation to maintain integrity during the estimated transit period.
Products are sealed in pharmaceutical-grade vials with tamper-evident seals. Each shipment includes a packing slip. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are emailed separately rather than included in the physical shipment, unless specifically requested.
5. Customs and Import
Alluvi handles all export documentation from China. Shipments are declared appropriately and routed through established import channels. As the recipient, you are responsible for any applicable UK import duties or VAT, though in practice research peptides at standard quantities typically clear UK customs without additional charges.
In the rare event of a customs seizure or delay, Alluvi will work with you to reship the order at no additional cost, subject to review. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by UK Border Force or HMRC customs holds, but we will support resolution actively.
6. Delivery Addresses
We ship to all UK mainland addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Channel Islands and BFPO addresses may incur extended delivery times — please contact us before ordering. We do not currently ship to Republic of Ireland or international addresses outside the UK.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at time of checkout. We are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched. Address errors that result in failed delivery may require a reship fee of £15.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us. We will initiate a carrier investigation. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will reship at no cost. In the event products arrive damaged or compromised (broken vials, temperature breach evidence), please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange replacement of affected products.
